These programs focus on small-scale institutions and spaces (restaurants/bars/ community centers). the effort was paused in 2024 due to budget cuts for DSNY.

In 2019, they came together again for the conference “Changing Tactics in the Face of Climate Emergency,” along with 350.org, the Sunrise Movement, Climate Psychology Alliance, and Our Children’s Trust founder Julia Olson.
